FIRE DUES FACTS

We are a NON TAX supported FPD, funded solely by dues, fundraising, grants and billing for services

 Fire Dues Deadline: July 1st

Fire dues are categorized into Residential and Commercial rates.
A “unit” is defined as a unique physical address, with one living unit on it.

  • For your primary residential address within the district, a standard rate applies—regardless of how many outbuildings are located on the property.

  • If you own additional residential properties at different addresses within the district, discounted rates apply:

    • One rate for the 2nd through 7th addresses

    • A separate rate for the 8th address and beyond

Commercial properties or any location where business is conducted are subject to the commercial rate.

 Who Should Pay:

The property owner is responsible for paying fire dues for properties located within the district.
Renters are strongly encouraged to contribute as well—doing so helps avoid being billed as a non-member in the event of an emergency response.

We DO NOT pro-rate fire dues payments

Non dues paying members will be billed for services in accordance with RSMO 320.302
